BoardyBoo is an AI-powered whiteboard tutoring platform that provides real-time voice-interactive learning experiences. The Service includes AI-generated explanations, whiteboard drawings, study scheduling, and progress tracking features.

3. User Accounts

• You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.

5. Google Calendar Integration

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, you grant BoardyBoo permission to read and create calendar events on your behalf for study scheduling purposes. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. Our use of Google Calendar data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy.

6. AI-Generated Content

BoardyBoo uses artificial intelligence to generate explanations, drawings, and educational content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. The Service is intended as a supplementary learning tool and should not be considered a replacement for professional instruction. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by BoardyBoo and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoardyBoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, academic outcomes, or reliance on AI-generated content. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
